Who this is
This website belongs to Brian Quesada, a Realtor Associate® with Prestige Property Group in Montclair, New Jersey. Questions about anything on this page go to brianqrealestate@gmail.com or 201.467.6396.
What the forms collect
Nothing is collected unless you type it into a form and send it. Depending on which form you use, that is your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, a property address, what you are looking for and your budget if you are buying, and whatever you write in a message.
The guides also ask for a name and an email before they open. You can skip that and read them anyway.
Where it goes
Straight to Brian. Submissions are emailed to him and recorded in a private spreadsheet in his own Google account. Google hosts that account, and Cloudflare serves this website. Nobody else receives your information: it is not sold, rented, traded, or handed to advertisers or data brokers.
What it is used for
To answer you. If you ask what your home is worth, it is used to prepare that answer and get back to you. If you ask about buying, it is used to send you properties worth seeing. If you tick the box saying Brian can reach out about buying or selling, he may follow up later; if you leave it unticked, he replies to what you asked about and that is the end of it. There is no newsletter and no marketing list.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, and it runs no advertising or analytics trackers of any kind. It does remember, in your own browser, that you have already opened a guide, so that it does not ask you twice. That stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Two ordinary things do happen when any page loads. The typefaces are served by Google Fonts, and the pages themselves are served by Cloudflare, so both companies see the request your browser makes, including your IP address, in the normal course of delivering the page. Neither is used to profile or advertise to you.
How long it is kept
For as long as it is useful to the conversation you started, and no longer than it needs to be. Ask and it is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email brianqrealestate@gmail.com and say which. No account or form is required.
Children
This site is meant for adults buying and selling property and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
